Celtic Star Smashes International Record

Odsonne Edouard has tonight become France under 21s all-time top goalscorer, taking his tally to 14 goals in 10 games.

He has overtaken former Celtic team-mate, Moussa Dembele who had scored 13 goals in 23 games for Les Bleus.

So far this season, the 22-year old hasn’t hit the heights of the form we have seen in the past but there is no doubt over the talent he possesses which is on show tonight and even in spells this season.

This could be a big boost of confidence that Edouard has been looking for to kick start his season once again and go on the goalscoring runs we know he is capable of under Neil Lennon. Not only could it kick start his season though, but it could also help the club bounce back to the form we have seen from them as recently as earlier this year in March

Fingers crossed we get to see the best of Eddy once again, starting with the game against Hibs on Saturday.
