CELTIC FANS are in two minds this evening after watching a pulsating 2-2 draw play out in France.
Before the game, nobody was giving Celtic much hope of anything. In the end, we were disappointed not to get all three points.
Taking a two goal lead into the break and saving a penalty, we thought it might just be our night. However, Ajer going off and losing our first goal of the evening shortly after saw Celtic’s backs against the wall. A scrappy second goal from a top Lille side brought them level, but to Celtic’s credit, they kept going.
Some defensive concerns again but Chris Sutton capturing feelings of the majority of fans this evening. Proud is the word,
Mixed emotions for Celtic after letting a two goal lead slip. Bottom line is Neil Lennon looked like he had his Celtic team back tonight. Brave, gutsy, yes mistakes still being made but Celtic can be proud of that performance tonight… Elyounoussi best game in a Celtic jersey 🍀

Celtic could have folded altogether in the end but they were resolute for the final 15 minutes and had their decision making been better, they could have managed a winner themselves. A well earned point.
