Celtic will look to see out a tough week with a tough visit to Pittodrie this afternoon. As problems seem to mount daily for the nine in a row champions the only thing that can turn things around in Neil Lennon’s favour is on the park.
Lennon could really do with the likes of Forrest, Bitton, Elhamed, Edouard and Jullien back available for selection but The Hoops still should have enough to get a result at Aberdeen today.
Aberdeen has lost 14 of their last 16 league games against Celtic (W1 D1), with their only win in this spell coming at Celtic Park in May 2018 (1-0). That been said the Dons might smell blood today after the Champions lost two games during the week. Traditionally Celtic have responded well to bad results and fans will be hoping to see a big reaction today.
Barkas is nowhere to be seen today, Scott Bain comes into the side while the Celtic captain starts on the bench.
The big question mark today was always going to be what formation Lennon used with his 3-5-2 coming in for some criticism from almost all quarters in the last week. This is how the Hoops will line up today.
