Celtic have NOT had a bid accepted for Caleb Ekuban contrary to reports from Turkey this morning.
Sporx reported on Tuesday morning Celtic had made an €8m bid for the Trabzonspor player which was accepted.
However, a reputable Journo in Turkey has quashed that notion.

We reported on the deal but admitted we were sceptical about Celtic shelling out so much money for a player who isn’t proven.
Neil Lennon has admitted he’s in the market for another striker but to spend that amount of money on a striker who’s not known for his goals would be incredibly risky.
This appears an attempt to raise the transfer profile of the centre forward with agents up to mischief.
Celtic have already spent £5m on Albian Ajeti. To spend even more on another striker would be eyebrow raising.
As it stands, there’s nothing in this at all.
