Reports today claim Celtic are interested in FC Twente Midfielder Lindon Selahi have come from a ‘Celtic insider’ HoopsmanBrian on social media.
A Dutch publication, TwenteInsite has shared a tweet which HoopsMan posted on Tuesday evening.
The agent said he heard David Turnbull was one, that wasn’t denied.
The Celtic figure offered up 3 more names, James McCarthy, James Lea Siliki and he also said we had a bid knocked back for FC Twente midfielder Lindon Selahi
That bid was a water tester for the player

The 21-year-old has just played the entirety of the season with the Dutch side after moving from Belgian club Standard Liege last season. If the rumours are true, Celtic are preparing for at least one of their midfielders to go, as stated above.
Tom Rogic would be an outside bet to go. Olivier Ntcham was keen to make a move last season before getting into the side under Neil Lennon and excelling.
David Turnbull still being on Celtic’s radar doesn’t surprise us. The stops Celtic tried to pull out to land the midfielder last season always led us to believe the club would try again. The only thing is, Turnbull is yet to prove he’s over the worst of his injury and can get back to form.
As for Lindon Selahi, it shows you what type of player Celtic are after in this window.
