It’s come to our attention that doing the rounds on social media is a link between Stuart Armstrong and The a Rangers.
We’re not one bit surprised by the rumour taking hold of some parts of the internet with some believing Stuart Armstrong will sign for them this summer.
The former Celtic Star is on a fantastic wage at Southampton and just before the shutdown had made his way back to the first team.
However, apparently he’s going to Ibrox now and they’re genuinely discussing it among themselves!
A Southampton page stepped in.
Stuart Armstrong is a Celtic invincible. If he became available, Celtic would be right in the mix. The Ibrox club have the second coming in that wee Hagi fellow apparently — so they wouldn’t need him, surely.
We’re all for wild rumours but even this is a bit much for us. Stuart Armstrong is getting ready to play out the rest of the season with his club down south. Not waiting on the call from Glasgow.
