According to a top Scottish journalist Anthony Joseph, the league title will NOT be confirmed this afternoon when the clubs meet to decide the leagues fate.
The reporter claims even if the unanimous decision is made by clubs this afternoon during their video conference, it still needs to be rubber stamped by the board who are not meeting until Monday.
Unless the board schedule a meeting for late this afternoon to get payments underway to all top flight clubs – Monday would be the jumping off point.
Under SPFL rules, the SPFL board must make the official decision. An SPFL board meeting is scheduled for MONDAY, where it is expected the final decision will be made.
Basically, agreed today and confirmed on Monday – barring anything extraordinary.

Celtic fans were hoping for a Friday celebration from their houses but it might cheer up our Monday if the timeline is correct.
Celtic have been champions in waiting for quite some time. The shutdown means we’ve had to wait perhaps longer than we would have if the games were allowed to be played. The season should have finished this weekend and it would have been title day.
