CELTIC FANS have been critical of Neil Lennon’s post match Celtic interview after his team played out a 2-2 draw with Livingston.
It was a tough night for the bhoys as they came up against a well drilled and resolute Livingston who took their chances when they came along.
In the second half, after Livingston took the lead against the Champions, the team did get their act together and it was wave after wave of attack as Livingston relied on defending in numbers and last ditch defending.
The pressure told in the end, in injury time, Odsonne Edouard provided that spark of magic to break down the defence and pass it to Tom Rogic who put it in the back of the net.
It wasn’t all three points but it was a point earned in the end.
While Celtic fans are likely never going to be happy with Neil Lennon lavishing praise on his side after dropping two points, Neil Lennon knew exactly what he was doing.

Fans up in arms about this have to read between the lines. We have seen one manager throw his players under the bus on a consistent basis since January and it does no good.
The fact Rangers* lost their game last night meant Neil Lennon could come out to do his interview in a jovial mood and praise his players for earning the point. It keeps morale and momentum going and he’ll keep any criticism in the dressing room. The way it should be.
