The two Glasgow clubs will do battle on the day for the first time in a cup final since the previous Rangers financially collapsed and they had to start again in the lower leagues.
While there should be more vigilance about how clubs conduct themselves nowadays the new Rangers are racking up debts at an alarming rate to try and keep pace with Celtic.
Their obsession with trying to stop ten in a row worth an insolvency event at some point.
Celtic are in a strong position and will be going all out on the day to make it ten trophies in a row.
