Celtic’s Next Five Fixtures

CELTIC have given their rivals plenty incentive over the past two weeks dropping five points in just two games to drop down to second in the league.

After a blistering start to the campaign – a hiccup at Easter Road has been followed up by a disastrous performance away to Livingston. it hasn’t been good enough for Celtic and they must now dwell on these two games over the international break.

The Scottish champions are not scheduled to play again until October 19 – the International bhoys will go out and hopefully come back unscathed. The players who will be at Lennoxtown will be picking over the bones of the poor SPFL form.

When Celtic do come back they’ll have little room for error. Anymore slip-ups in the league between now and Christmas would be very bad for business.

So who will Celtic face in the next five SPFL Fixtures.

  • Ross County (H)
  • Aberdeen (A)
  • St Mirren (H)
  • Motherwell (H)
  • Livingston (H)

Those fixtures take us deep into November and during this time Celtic will have a double header against Lazio and a semi-final to negotiate. Neil Lennon opted not to freshen up his side on Sunday after the Cluj win, it’s imperative he does now.
