Former Gers player LIAM BURT may have been playing for the Ibrox youth set up but the new Celtic signing has made it clear where he comes from with his Instagram post.

The midfielder has just signed a two-year deal with Celtic after a successful trial and it was literally a dream come true for the player.

Liam posted a picture of his younger self draped in the green and white of the hoops and declared he was ‘back home’ to his insta followers – many who will have been Ibrox fans.

The youngster grabbed the winning penalty for the Celtic colts on Tuesday evening against Queens Park.

He’s now looking to kick on and realise his dream of playing for the club he supported as a bhoy.

Liam will be playing in the developmental squad this season but if he impresses Neil Lennon will not hesitate to call him up.
