SCOTT BROWN has reacted to Celtic’s 5-0 win by praising some of the bhoys for getting among the goals on Wednesday night.

The Celtic captain was full of praise as he posted some images from the thumping victory at Celtic Park.

Brown was in the thick of it as usual for the team but it was a standout Ryan Christie performance which was only overshadowed by Leigh Griffiths’ stunning free kick which was his first goal for the club since returning from mental health issues.

Celtic made light work of their second round opponents and are on course to head into the third qualifying round of the competition. Celtic fell at the third round under Brendan Rodgers last term and it will be up to Neil Lennon and his men not to suffer the same fate when the game rolls around.
