KIERAN TIERNEY has been one of the first Celtic players to wish Mikael Lustig all the best after the Swede’s emotional message on Instagram on Wednesday evening.
Any hope of the player signing a new deal was extinguished this evening as the defender addressed them support and let them know his time at Celtic was indeed finished.
Lustig has been part of the club for so long and he was a big personality in the dressing room. He will be missed on and off the park by the fans and his former teammates.

Tierney would have watched Lustig as a ball bhoy in the youth system to coming up and being his equal in a Celtic team which has made history. It’s unknown where the Celtic icon will end up next season but wherever he goes we wish him all the best.
