BRENDAN RODGERS is reportedly keen on Celtic target James Justin after the player was on a leaked Parkhead document as a priority summer target.

Justin, who would have been scouted by Lee Congerton and his team at Celtic before he jumped shipped to Parkhead is attracting the eye of some Premier League clubs and now it looks like Congerton has recommended the defender to Brendan Rodgers art Leicester according to Record Sport.

If a bidding war starts between English clubs, then there’s absolutely no chance of Celtic landing the right back from Luton. It appears Celtic have already made provisions and are moving onto other targets as a result. It was reported this morning that Celtic are now chasing Sheffield Utd right back, George Baldock who is on the last year of his Bramall Lane deal.

If Celtic are still interested in Justin, they would need to act quick and out up some decent cash. It looks out of their hands now, though.
