BEFORE he was offered the job on Saturday evening in the Hampden dressing room, Neil Lennon spoke to Premier Sports about what could happen next if he became manager.
The Irishman was clear there had to be personnel change regardless of who the . manger was but more importantly he said if he became manager then he’s like to change the style of play.
Darrell Currie was quick with the questions after Chris Sutton lavished Neil Lennon with praise at full time. Neil had a laugh and a joke but he also said about this squad being at the end of its current cycle which means there need to be changes this summer.

Neil was offered the job not long after this interview and he and the board will now sit down and thrash out terms for his own wage as well as budget.
The rebel treble winning coach wants to make his own mark now.
