A lot has been made of Karamoko Dembele’s Celtic reserves debut on Tuesday.
The youngster got the call-up to the last stop before hitting the first team, and he didn’t look out of place among his older teammates.
At the age of just 15, the player’s ability and attitude has earned him some major praise and recognition from within Celtic Park.
Not only that but Scotland and England are currently fighting over the young man’s international future with Dembele playing at unders levels for both countries – he’s that good.

So good in-fact when he came into the Celtic reserve dressing room on Tuesday Dembele was handed the number seven jersey.
This might not seem like a big deal, but some important players have worn that jersey over the years for the first team.
Some unimportant players have worn it also, but it’s the men like Larsson and Jimmy Johnstone who stand out while Miku and Freddie Ljungberg.
The Celtic fans are very particular about who should wear the coveted jersey and campaigned for Patrick Robers to get the jersey when he came back last season for a second loan spell.
With the number now vacated a player like Karamoko fits the bill as someone who would be a perfect fit for the number if he ever does make the first team.
A very talented player who can get fans on their feet and make a real creative difference.
We could see the midfielder sooner rather than later the way things are going.
