There has been reports this morning Celtic have been coy with Fulham about the availability of their defender. So much so, The London club is set to up their offer in a bid to land the Belgian before the English transfer deadline this Sunday.
The bid was rumoured to be around £8-9million for the World Cup star but Fulham are prepared to go to £12million to land their man.

The Premier League new boys are desperate to get another defender in before the deadline and are willing to pay a large premium to land Boyata this season as they look to stay in England’s top flight.
There is no doubt this is more money than most fans would expect to get for the defender BUT there is currently no one to replace him. With the defender set to play some part in the Athens tie and hopefully the play-off tie, if Celtic did sell him they would be bare to the bones defensively.
With the English window drawing to a close, the clock is ticking.
