Leigh has been struggling with niggling injuries for quite some time now and his injury curse struck again in pre-season, leaving him on the sidelines.

The player is now back in training and eyeing a quick return to star for the Hoops in the Champions League qualifiers.

He could even make the bench in Norway.

The striker is aiming to finally bag his 99th and 100th goal for the club after falling short last season with too much time out.

Leigh will be hoping to make up for lost time and give his manager a selection headache when he’s back at his best.
