It was an unfamiliar winning feeling for Oldham this weekend as the relegation battlers managed a 2-1 victory against Bradford City but it wasn’t good news for Celtic Loanee Kundai Benyu.

The Celtic youngster continued his run as an unused substitute for his loan side as they pick up a vital three points.

Kundai was hopeful of getting much needed first team football after starring for Celtic’s developmental squad in the first half of the season. But after initially going straight into the team, after a run of losing games, he was dropped to the bench.

It remains to be seen if Oldham will give the player game time between now and the end of the season.
