Full-Time: Ross County 1-2 Celtic – Hoops Rally Late To Secure Vital Win

Celtic earned a well-deserved win in Dingwall, coming from behind with hard work and determination at the forefront of the comeback.

Ross County took an early lead in the 43rd minute with a penalty from Ronan Hale, awarded after a VAR review for a handball by Liam Scales.

However, Celtic fought back in the second half with constant pressure, creating a number of chances to turn the game around.

With an equaliser in the 76th minute when Alistair Johnston tapped in from close range following a corner, with Callum McGregor picking up the assist.

In the 87th minute, Nicolas Kühn secured the win for the Hoops with a well-placed left-footed shot inside the County box, capping off a determined comeback.

Cutting inside onto his stronger right foot, Kühn curled the ball into the corner of the goal, leaving Ross Laidlaw with no chance.

Despite Don Cowie’s side’s best efforts, Celtic’s second-half resilience proved decisive as they emerged victorious with a gritty 2-1 win.
