Celtic are set to meet the Croatian side on matchday six at Stadion Maksimir on December 10th.
But first, they get their Champions League campaign underway against Slovan Bratislava on Wednesday night.
Celtic are looking to make it back-to-back wins in the Champions League, ending last season’s group stage with a win over Feyenoord. It would see Celtic win on the opening day of the competition for the first time in 13 attempts.
However much we see Celtic as the favourites, we need to treat the opposition with the utmost respect. They’ll be travelling to Glasgow confident that they can get a result.
It’s not long until the Champions League anthem rings out around Parkhead on Wednesday, and Celtic get another season in Europe’s elite competition underway.
