Celtic is keen to retain key defender Cameron Carter-Vickers amidst growing interest from clubs across Europe.

Despite preparing for the imminent departure of midfielder Matt O’Riley to Brighton, Celtic has rejected three separate approaches for Carter-Vickers.
Clubs from Italy and Turkey, including Galatasaray and Besiktas, along with Serie A side Atalanta, have all expressed interest in the American international. However, Celtic has decisively declined these inquiries, not willing to part ways with the defender, the Express reports.
Carter-Vickers, who cemented his commitment to the Scottish champions by signing a new long-term contract last season, remains happy at Celtic Park.
Celtic simply can’t afford to lose more key players than Matt O’Riley this summer. Reports have linked Kyogo with a move to Manchester City, while Leicester City are interested in Reo Hatate. Losing any of them, and CCV, could, and probably would, be catastrophic.
It’s good to see Celtic standing firm and not entertaining these offers.
