Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers enjoyed an arduous first year back in Glasgow. The season gone by was in no way a smooth ride for the Irishman, but he prevailed to win his side a double.

Rodgers faced several trials and tribulations throughout 2023/24, but his tactical nous, winning mentality and knack for cleverly dealing with the mainstream media helped him come through victorious and on top.
This summer, the gaffer has got a deserved rest and was recently pictured in Mallorca with ex-Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. Rodgers is neighbours with the German just outside Santa Ponsa in the Calvia province of the Mediterranean island.
Rodgers has a stunning villa that he uses for downtime, but back home, he has sold his house in Wilmslow, Chesire.
A neighbour of Alex Ferguson, Rodgers put the property up for sale last August, just after he got the Celtic job. Now, according to The Scottish Sun, he has eventually sold it to Liverpool’s World Cup-winning midfielder Alexis Mac Allister.
The 51-year-old selling his home down South further underpins his commitment to Celtic. Rodgers stated when he returned to Parkhead last summer that he’d stay for at least three years unless sacked.
12 months into the project, things are going rather swimmingly. Winning two out of three domestic trophies in his first year back is respectable, but the boss will want to improve next season.
