Several Celtic stars are in the Scotland camp ahead of the upcoming European Championships in Germany.
Steve Clarke’s side is involved in the showpiece curtain-raiser tomorrow evening and ahead of the game, the German press has been predicting the lineup the former Kilmarnock gaffer will pick.
Indeed, outlet Kicker is renowned for its forecasted starting elevens, and they think two Celts will get the nod for the dark blues on Friday.
Both Callum McGregor and Anthony Ralston are backed to begin:

In the engine room, the Hoops’ skipper is nothing short of key for his country. McGregor doesn’t get half the credit he deserves for the national team; Billy Gilmour recently hailed him as Scotland’s number-one midfielder.
Ralston, on the other hand, is somewhat of a fringe player for club and country. The right-back is behind Alistair Johnston in the Parkhead pecking order and for Scotland, Aaron Hickey and Nathan Patterson are ahead of him.
Due to a few injuries, though, the 25-year-old looks like he will get an almighty opportunity against Germany tomorrow. Ever dependable for whoever he plays, Ralston will not let his country down.
The turnaround in his career since 2021 is to be admired, and something that deserves utmost credit.
He and McGregor are nothing but reliable but have a difficult task at hand to get a result for Scotland against the tournament hosts this weekend.
