Celtic supporters made sure to make the Celtic squad aware of their appreciation for their performance in a 1-0 win over Rangers this afternoon at Hampden.

Celtic sealed the Scottish Cup to complete the league and cup double in Brendan Rodgers’ first season back at the club in his second spell in Glasgow.

Supporters sang the famous ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ to Brendan Rodgers’ side, with Celtic world-renowned for their rendition of the song, and they made sure to make post-match against Rangers no different.

A special moment for everyone, in particular Joe Hart, in his last game at Celtic before retiring.

It was the perfect send-off for an incredible player who has given everything in just under three years at the club.

Hart will be sadly missed, with important saves against Rangers at Hampden.

The Englishman has proven over the course of the last six months to be the difference-maker in keeping Celtic in games at times when other goalkeepers would have simply struggled.

With his experience and winning mentality, simply the difference-maker.

In a tightly contested game, Celtic got over the edge with supporters’ in attendance at the game, the difference-maker in patience for a Celtic which ultimately came in the 90th minute through Adam Idah.
