Although he missed a second-half penalty in this afternoon’s Glasgow derby, Celtic midfielder Matt O’Riley was deservedly awarded the club’s in-stadium Man of the Match award.
After bagging at Ibrox a few weeks ago, the Denmark international seems to have found the knack for scoring against Rangers as he got things going 35 minutes in today.

Receiving the ball just inside the opposition box from his captain Callum McGregor, O’Riley leathered it into the bottom right corner, giving Jack Butland no chance.
It was a thorough strike and on the whole, the treble-winner put in a positive performance which helped all but wrap up the title for the Hoops.
Post-match, he has taken to Instagram, simply giving thanks to the fans for their “unbelievable” support:

On the verge of becoming champions once again, Celtic need just a point at Rugby Park on Wednesday night to make it three in a row.
It has been a campaign full of ups and downs, but it is ending on an almighty high.
