Celtic have all their attention on the league at the moment, with just five games left to defend their Champions status, but some international stars have received a huge boost in the background.

This is huge news for some of Celtic’s international stars, including Matt O’Riley. The Dane is on the edge of making the cut and has made some call-ups due to injury pull outs. The increased squad size could see him travel to Germany this summer.
It’s also huge for Greg Taylor and Anthony Ralston, who could be on the plane. With Scotland’s injury crisis at right-back, Ralston has a big chance of making it in Steve Clarke’s squad.
As UEFA’s executive committee is expected to ratify the continuation of 26-man squads, Celtic’s international hopefuls will be eager to impress in the remaining matches of the domestic season.
