Ioannidis, who has become a key player for the Greek club, has scored 21 goals in 38 appearances this season.

His performances have not only helped Panathinaikos but have also earned him international recognition, with two goals in 10 appearances for Greece since his debut in September 2022.

Despite being linked with a move to Celtic Park in March of last year, Ioannidis committed his future to Panathinaikos by signing a new contract, extending his stay until the summer of 2027.

However, Celtic’s interest in the 24-year-old does not seem to have waned, as they are reportedly among a host of European clubs vying for his signature.

With a price tag of approximately £12.8million set by Panathinaikos, the competition for Ioannidis is fierce, with clubs like Bologna, Stuttgart, Sporting CP, Sevilla, Eintracht Frankfurt, West Ham, and Lazio all reportedly monitoring the situation closely, according to calciomercato.
