Brilliant: Watch Sky Cameras Catch Callum McGregor Swearing After Celtic Goal

Celtic captain Callum McGregor started the Celtic fightback with a thunderous strike from inside the St Johnstone box on Sunday.

The bhoys were down 1-0 and looked like they were out of ideas before Callum found the back of the net. It would prove vital in Celtic’s late second half resurgence, the team going onto win 3-1 in the end.

The mentality of Cal Mac is never in doubt, the midfielder has been a stalwart of this Celtic side.

However, it’s always nice to see little moments from the captain that remind us why he is the leader on the pitch. A moment just after he had scored has made a lot of Celtic fans smile on Sunday after it was pointed out by many on social media.

After Callum had scored and ran to the Celtic fans, he wasted no time in going to head back to get the game restarted as quickly as possible. As he walked back from scoring, the player can be seen mouthing ‘get the f**king ball back’ to one of his teammates.

It’s Callum at his very best and leading be example when the team needed to dig themselves out of a hole. The captain not taking much time to celebrate his strike and wanted to get back and kick off again to chase the winning goal.

That goal would come from Matt O’Riley in what is a goal of the season contender, as far as we’re concerned. James Forrest would wrap up the win with a stoppage time goal to make it 3-1, not before Joe Hart made a fantastic save to deny Stevie May an equaliser.
