Over the current international break, each day, Celtic have posted graphics on their social media pages which show what bhoys will be in action for their countries on said day.

This morning was no different although apart from the fact the graphic covered the weekend as a whole and that Marco Tilio was included in it. The Aussie winger, who has been completely exiled since joining the Hoops in the summer, was called up for the Australia under-23’s this month:

Since making the switch to Glasgow Tilio has found things rather tough. Injury hasn’t helped the 22-year-old and Brendan Rodgers has admitted he’s been unable to match up with the intensity of Scottish football.

Nevertheless, it is encouraging to see that the tricky little forward could potentially gain some minutes and get his fitness up, albeit for Australia’s under-23s versus Qatar. The game kicks off later this afternoon at 4 pm, and it is most certainly one to keep an eye on.
