NEIL Lennon has said he won’t be returning for a third stint in charge of Celtic, as speculation over Ange Postecoglou’s future continues to escalate.

The former Celtic boss ruled ‘not now’ when asked about a possible return to the Scottish champions.
Asked about the Job, Lennon responded:
“Ha! no.
” I wouldn’t go back. Not at the minute. It ended difficultly, so I need a bit of time and space to myself.
“I want to try something else. I’ve done Celtic twice.”

Spurs have made Ange Postecoglou their number 1 target, and many are expecting the gaffer to engage in discussions with the club after the Cup Final on Saturday.
After two spells as caretaker that transitioned into permanent roles under Peter Lawwell, the Irishman is maintaining a safe distance from any potential job at Celtic, something that will please many Hoops fans.
Since stepping down from Celtic in February 2021, Lennon has had a brief tenure managing Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus. He’s been linked to many jobs, and held a few discussions, but nothing has come his way.
When it comes to replacing Ange Postecoglou, whether it be this summer or future, the club need to bring another top manager in and show that they’ve learned from their mistakes.
