CELTIC Women Star Jacynta Galabadaarachchi has revealed that she’s crossed paths with men’s team boss Ange Postecoglou before.

When growing up in Australia, Jacynta’s brother, Jeremiah, was coached by Ange Postecoglou in the Victoria academy.
However, Jacynta hadn’t directly met Ange Postecoglou until the pair bumped into each other at Lennoxtown.
She revealed her connection to the Celtic boss, saying: [SunSport]
“He coached my brother when he was 15 in the academy in Victoria, where I am from.
“I’ve not been coached by him but my brother was.”
Unfortunately, the brother of the Celtic star hasn’t made it into the professional game.
Jacynta has had quite the career so far, playing in the youth ranks of Manchester United and Manchester City, she moved back to Australia. Then, she made the move to Europe, signing for the Hammers, before playing a few games for Napoli.
She moved to Celtic in 2021, and has become a key player in Fran Alonso’s side. The Aussie forward is up for two PFA end of season awards, in the running for the Player of the Season as well as the Young Player of the Season.
