The incident occurred at the conclusion of the Scottish Cup semifinal as fans were making their way out of the stadium, and was captured on video.

The video, which was originally posted on TikTok and has since been circulated on social media, shows Rangers players and fans leaving the hospitality section of the main stand.

As they make their way out, the Celtic fan filming heckles them and is then confronted by two men. The second man then appears to spit in the face of the person filming.

It looks like a steward noticed the incident, as they looked to move in to intervene.

Despite the unsavoury incident, Celtic supporters were still able to celebrate Jota‘s goal which secured the Bhoys a 10 win and a place in the Scottish Cup final.

The victory moves Celtic ever closer to a domestic treble, their first under Ange Postecoglou and fifth in eight years.
