Ntcham has recently just signed a new four-year deal with the club and that had a lot to do with the interest shown in the Frenchman in the summer.
Olivier was happy to sign a new deal with the club but improved terms were offered because of the money which would have been on offer elsewhere.
The reports claim Porto won’t take no for an answer and are willing to pursue a ‘cash plus player deal’ to sign the former Man City midfielder.
The 22-year-old has had an indifferent season for the bhoys thus far and has failed to rise to the level expected of him in recent months. Celtic fans must be taking this into account with that much money seemingly on the table.
However, there’s no guarantee it gets invested in any meaningful way back into the squad so maybe the 19% believe he’s better at Celtic Park for that reason?
