21-Year-Old Undergoes Op – New Injury Blow for Celtic

According to reports, Lewis Morgan underwent keyhole surgery for a knee problem this week which has been bothering him for quite some time.

The surgery was minor and it means the 21-year-old should be back in the team in August BUT is likely to miss out on the rest of Celtic’s Euro campaign.

After a top pre-season, Morgan looked primed and ready to stake his name for a first team place and even seen out the last 15 minutes of the first leg tie against Alashkert away.

The new Bhoy will now need to recover and get back into training ASAP to make sure he makes an impact as soon as possible.
