SCOTLAND and England went head to head on Friday night and while both teams earned a point, Scotland earned all the plaudits.
The team were outstanding on the night.
Some will have you believe it was a plucky performance from the country BUT it was very assured at times. Scotland enjoyed good spells on the ball and didn’t look overawed by their English opponents.
Jack Grealish came on during the second half to try and grab England the win, entering the midfield area occupied by Callum McGregor.
Some may not know, the pair were teammates once upon a time!
In 2014, both were loaned out to Notts County and enjoyed some time in the team together.
Back then, Callum was deemed surplus to requirements at Celtic and almost left the club on a full time basis before Ronny Deila came in and put him in the first team.

Seven years on from this picture, the pair were duking it out on the field in a major international competition. Notts County fans must have got a kick out of it.
